Your Company Name on my emails

  1. I signed up for the free account to give it a whirl...and I like it.

    I've made my site's customized URL and Customized it via the FAQ instructions.

    However, when I get an email sent to me or anyone else it says "Your Company Name - A Task has been assigned to you - [MessageID: blah]"

    I know it's the trial version and all that, but should it really say "Your Company Name" instead of what I branded the site as? Seems kind of trivial to do that in my opinion. Unless that's not by design and I missed a setting.

    Any help on this would be great!

  2. This has been resolved. I'm guessing it needed a few minutes to actually add the name to the system and was sending out a generic response in the meantime.

    Like, it was using the "Your Company Name" as a variable and didn't see the actual name populated in the system yet so I got a default message. Sounds probable anyway ;)

    But I did tests about an hour afterward and everything is coming through great. Thanks for the email Daniel :)

  3. Actually you bring up a very good point. I will have my development team look into this. I believe that some "Session" variable isn't being set properly.

    This has been fixed. This was happening on the first login only. So all of our future users shall be thankful for your find!
