Not very intuitive. you can add a comment, no inference that there is only 1. In fact, the "1 comment" label after you have done so infers I can add more.

Hello Fordgood and thanks for your comments. I guess I would like some more detail from you. The comments string seems to be intuitive from this standpoint:
1. If you don't have a comment, it says "Add Comment" with a plus icon next to it.
2. If you do have a comment, it has a comment icon with the number of comments that have been given on the task.
Please let me know where you are not thinking it is intuitive. I would love to understand that and make a change if it makes sense!
