I currently use Remember the Milk for task management, almost entirely because it has a great gmail plugin (and the majority of my tasks come in through email, so RTM is extremely convenient in that regard). However, RTM is somewhat difficult to work with when it comes to organizing tasks and viewing projects. It would be nice if Pelotonics offered some integration with gmail as well.
GREAT comment Rick. We are actually trying to get an API key from RTM directly. We would like to give the same functionality we have with Evernote, but with RTM. You could pull in all your tasks and assign them out if they are a group-based task. Otherwise, you could just manage them for yourself as you currently do.
