(I'm used to Huddle and Basecamp, but I'm willing to consider switching.)
I assume new members are Contacts?
If so, how do I invite a client into the project workspace? Do I have to do that manually, i.e. create a contact, then copy their info and email it to them. I hope it's more direct than that. Doing that for 6-8 people would be a waste of good time. Docs aren't that great.
I must say this could be more intuitive.

Sorry about the confusion on the documentation. We will make sure that is more clear. Right now this is how it works:
1. You enter in a new contact either manually or by importing a CSV or Vcard file.
2. Upon entering that new person, they are sent an email from the system that informs them that you specifically included them in the Pelotonics system. That email contains their UN and PW and a link to the system so that they can get into the project and start collaborating right away.
We are exploring a different process here that would require that they establish their own password in the system the first time they visit the application.
