Point well taken. You are not the first one to mention this issue. More than one persons have this same situation within their internal IT infrastructure. We are going to solve this by adding an option to the settings menu that will allow you to specify the email address from which these messages come. This will give you the ability to configure the system and create a work-around for the situation you may find at your workplace.
We are planning on launching that functionality early next week.

After sending 50 annoying emails to team members while setting up and editing tasks, I finally noticed the check box for "send email." Would it be possible to change this email notification to yes/no radio buttons instead of a check box?
