I love the feature that lets you do comments on Tasks. But when I reply to the comment via email (which is another feature I love, by the way!), the comment just goes into cyberland. Could the comments on Tasks work the same as comments on messages and get filed into the system?

With our Message Reply Functionality, when replying to a Task Comment, your email will get sent to the person that created that Comment, the Task creator, and the responsible party for the Task as well as be saved in the system as a Comment on the Task you're replying to (just as if you were in the portal).

I would like to have a Message folder for comments. It takes a lot of time to search through various tasks for the comment(s) I want. Also, many comments contain info that is important to the team. It would be helpful to be able to open a folder in Messages and have access to the comments.
